What's Covered by Our Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive your jewelry.
The warranty covers the loss of side stones weighing up to 0.05 carats each, as well as issues such as metal distortion, loose settings, or similar defects resulting from reasonable, everyday use.
The first size adjustment is provided at no extra cost. Additional adjustments will incur a nominal fee.
Jewelry renewal, rhodium plating, and other repairs are also available at a nominal cost.
You're always welcome to visit our studio for professional cleaning and routine maintenance of your jewelry — completely free of charge.
We highly recommend adding your jewelry to your home insurance or any other personal policy, to ensure coverage in case of loss or damage to the piece or the main stone. Your purchase invoice and the gemological certificate we provide can assist with this process.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to jewelry that has been repaired by anyone outside our studio, or to damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use.
Delivery for ready-to-ship jewelry typically takes 3-5 business days. For all other cases, we kindly request up to 21 working days for crafting your flawless piece of jewelry, ensuring no compromises are made. Within 14 days of receiving it, customers can easily return any jewelry purchased from our studio inventory or from our website’s ready-to-ship section. Refunds for made-to-order items are available up to a value of 3,000 ILS. For other cases, please visit our Customer Care page.
