How to care for you jewelry

Our jewelry is made to feel like a second skin. Gold is nonetheless a soft metal which can easily change its shape. To prevent damage we suggest you refrain from wearing your gold pieces during physical activity involving direct contact with them. Contact with harsh chemicals should similarly be avoided.

To prevent scratching we recommend that you store each individual piece separately.

We advise that you put on your jewelry after dressing and completion of your grooming routine which will prevent snags and contact with chemical substances.

We suggest visiting us from time to time for professional cleaning and the maintenance of your special pieces. We provide a one year warranty from the date of purchase on the item sold which covers the loss of side stones weighing up to 0.05 carat each under regular and reasonable use. This warranty does not apply to jewelry repaired by any party outside of our studios.

Of course you may choose to add your jewelry to your home insurance policy which will insure coverage according to the individual policy. Your purchase invoice and the gemological certificate we provide will assist you here.

Size adjustments are done at no extra cost, for the first adjustment. Thereafter adjustments will incur a nominal fee.

Jewelry renewal, rhodium plating and other repairs will be done at a nominal cost.
